Challenge
Prior to the implementation of the robot, 45 operators were manually handling customer inquiries on undeliveries / over-sorting / overages.

Speed up the processing of requests.
Solution
Automate the process of processing customer inquiries:
- The robot performs an automatic verification of the customer's claim;
- The robot selects requests in the database by category and performs a number of checks to reach a verdict on whether the request is satisfied or rejected, then closes it and moves on to the next one.
Results
One robot replaced more than 40 people on a single task.Where it used to take an operator up to an hour to process a single request, the robot does it in 1 minute.
