Challenge
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinic faced the problem of processing a large volume of orders. Patients passed the tests, and the results from the laboratory, it was necessary to attach manually to the patient's electronic card and notify him of the results.
Solution
The development of the robot included finding a solution for working with several WhatsApp accounts simultaneously, with synchronization of the work of the clinic staff. Downloading attachments from WA and Yandex. Mail, recognizing a document by analysis type, and attaching an attachment were automated in the electronic card, according to the patient's phone number/email address. The solution allows both the robot and staff to work in instant messengers simultaneously.
