Challenge
The sales team has to constantly and manually monitor the customer's tender site to find new procurement procedures corresponding to the components supplied by the company.
Task
Create a program robot for the process of creating records with the procedure of competitive purchase of spare parts or consumables in the Bitrix CRM system from the tender site of the Purchaser.
Solution
The robot searches the mail for emails with information about new competitive procedures and, if there are any, goes to the corresponding tender site, finds the procedure and enters all the necessary information about the procedure into CRM.
Results
- The time spent on the process has been reduced by 20 times;
- A human is excluded from the process;
- The robot bypasses CAPCHA on its own.
