Challenge
Large retail chains are forced to keep records of deliveries in several information systems, employees have to wait for synchronization between systems, or manually duplicate information. The process is either delayed or not optimal from the point of view of utilization of the main resource.
Solution
Using RPA software robots as a "data bus " between systems is the most common way to use RPA software robots. For synchronization between databases, an RPA algorithm can be used that works faster than standard synchronization cycles, and it will be adaptive. RPA wins in this case in the cost and speed of implementation in comparison with the standard method of automation using "hard code".
